My husband and I do not have enough words to take Mrs. Lourdes. She is an amazing woman. She helped us find a place in less than 2 weeks. She was like a mother always make sure that we sign all the paperwork correctly, she always reviews them before sending them for us. We made a mistake or added extra info that was not supposed to be added she make sure that we fix it and send it back to her. She worked with us from the begin until the end, until the day the homeowner gives us the keys will all the explanations. We take you so much for all your help. There are not enough words to describe how incredibly grateful my family and I are for Lourdes. I will start by saying that I was a ball of nerves when we decided to sell our home. The day she came to my house and sat in my dining room table, she looked at me and said “Don't worry, we are going to do this together”. I felt so much relief at that moment because I knew having Lourdes on our side was going to make this process so much easier. She completed both, the sell of our old home and the purchase of our new home. When it came time to put our house up for sale, she came with the photographer and took the perfect pictures (I actually fell in love with my house again!) Then when it was time to officially put it up on the market, she strategically put it up on a specific day and time in order to be readily available to show the property. Unlike other realtors we came across throughout this process, Lourdes always made herself available to fellow realtors and potential buyers. Only a few days later, we had offers on our home and By the following week, we accepted an over asking offer! When we were ready to start placing offers on potential homes, Lourdes was always proactive in making the call to the sellers and making sure our offer was never out of sight or out of mind. When we had our offer accepted for the purchase of our new home, she even got us a credit of $30k because the house needed a lot more work than we originally thought!!! I never would have thought this process would be so smooth and it was all thanks to Lourdes. She is extremely knowledgeable and she is quick to move when its time to do so. I am so grateful and happy that Lourdes was with us every step of the way. She is truly a gem in the realtor world. Thank you Lourdes for all of your hard work and dedication. Lourdes took our family's concern for safety and value very seriously when we were looking for a condo. She went above and beyond just the transaction of buying the condo. Since we were purchasing from a long distance away, she willingly did a ton of legwork most agents wouldn't even consider doing.
